David is an amazing attorney who took my case last minute when my previous attorney's financial demands became too steep. After I could no longer afford their fees I was forced to defend myself twice without an attorney. I was over my head and out of options so I contacted my employer EAP who referred me to David's firm. From initial contact with Stephanie Moist, initial consultation with David and through trial David and his team have been fantastic and sensitive to my needs and my particular situation. Mr. Braswell helped me resolve my divorce case. He was open and honest, I could build a trust relationship very quickly. Therefore, I didn’t feel shame when I needed to talk to him about my marriage issues. He showed appropriate empathy and understandings by normalizing my shameful issues, or by not minimizing my emotional pain. when I needed to make decisions, he never have pushed his opinions but gave me realistic advice. People tend to say female lawyers are better for divorce cases. But, I am glad I choose a male as my lawyer because I needed to see a male who are logical and reasonable for comparing my ex. I could reassure my decision for leaving my ex was right. So, I don’t discount the fact that divorce was the worst experience in our life, but my lawyer was the best thing during the worst experience.
