AWESOMENESS

I was told about Palace Law when My company was denying my claim of a knee injury I received at work back in 2012. I could not work, The Union told me about Palace Law and I was very lucky to get John Ledford and Tanya Mitchell. The moment I met John and Tanya I knew I was in good hands and had found someone who would take care of my problems. John kept me informed at all times about what was going on with my case. When I would called or E-mailed him or Tanya I receive an answer very quickly, I was never left hanging. It will be 5 years comes this January 2017 I hurt my knee and need a knee replacement. John and Tanya have kept working all those years and all the court dates, and all the letters, documents that I would have no idea how to answer. Plus everyone I have ever met at Palace Law have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly and it is not a put on, I felt it was real, they did care about what me and what I was going through. If you ever need a lawyer you really need to check out Palace Law or you'll be sorry with another Law practice. If you need a lawyer and you don't go to Palace Law you'll be sorry.

Palace Law was very instrumental in bringing my successful appeal on a L&I decision that incorrectly determined that my disability would allow me to do a job that I physically am unable to do. This successful appeal also brought ten months back wages and has forced L&I to either retrain me for a job I can actually perform or offer a pension due to my disability. Highly recommended.

First, I will update this review after my case is complete. I was referred to Palace by a family member. If you are on L&I, my advice is to find a lawyer. I entered the legal representation aspect of my case after realizing that L&I wasn't really there to help me get fixed. They may seem as though they are there for you, but I learned that it's just not true. All I wanted was to be fixed, and return back to work. I hired Palace Law to assist me in the mounds of paperwork, and to help me find a solution. So far, I have been very impressed. My lawyer Steven Pyle has been amazing, and has been by my side through the difficult process. Trust is key, and I have trust in Palace Law and Steven. When I realized I was going around in circles, and not getting treatments my doctors suggested, it was time for me to get a lawyer. I sincerely appreciate the organization Palace Law brings, and the personal level of service is excellent. I know I can call my lawyer, and get a very rapid response. My past experience with another lawyer was to leave a message, and maybe get a call back a week later, or no call back at all. Palace Law offers several ways to communicate, from phone to email, to even a special portal designed for me. I can even keep all my paperwork and information on the portal, and it is a huge asset when my organizational skills are not the best. One more thing that impresses me about Palace Law and my lawyer. I don't feel like I am speaking to a used car salesman. I don't have anyone pressuring me to buy, or pushing me to go for a cheap repair. Meaning, I am given options when something arises on my case. Kind of like the pros and the cons of making a decision. So, if you ask me personally about Palace Law, and if I would recommend them? Yes, I highly recommend them. These aren't the ambulance chasing lawyers, out to make a quick dollar. I will update my review as it happens, but so far.... I am very happy. Thanks Palace Law!
