I'm very satisfied with Palace Law, I've been with them for almost a year now , L&I closed my claim an they got it back open for me yay 😊, so if u needs lawyer u can trust go there😊😊

Ok so I was reading some of these reviews and I'm completly taking back by the negative post,they can't be farther from the truth,although everyone is entitled to there opion,mine is absolutely the opposite,my experience was nothing but positive,I can't say enough about palace law, in 2011 I was injured on the job,tore my left bicep tendon from my forearm lifting a slab of granite I had no business lifting on my own (which I informed my empory I had no reason to distrust my company and they were very encouraging at first but they turn out to be my worst nightmare. After my surgery was done and I went back to work on light duty they made every afford to drive me out and get me to quit and forfeit my LNI claim.i was about to give up and I heard the radio commercial .I liked what I heard and I gave them a call from that moment I never had to worry about my employer or LnI again, when I went into the palace law office they were courteous ,friendly and very professional in every aspect of my experience.i worked all my adult life since my first job in 1983 I was told that L and I was always there to protect and help me if I ever was injured that was farthest from the truth they were my living nightmare to the point where they tried to blame my injury on my three-year-old son they made no effort to help me and sided with my employer the whole time LNI try to mess with me and would delay my checks ,wouldn't pay me and I literally went broke and my son and I had to stay with friends because they dragged their feet and tried to intimate me and delayed my checks for up to 5 6weeks.when palace law became involved in my case they had my back and stood by me until my case was resolved. They never backed down ,it felt great to know there was a team of knowledgeable people that prevented L&I from screwing me over.i could call or email and I always received a props responce and I am very grateful for the time and effort each one took in helping me I'm not sure why others had posted bad experiences because I had none of those and I know I've said it but if it wasn't for Patrick Palace and the his team I wouldn't have made it through my experience with L&I I owe them a debt of gratitude and appreciate everything they did for me if I had a choice I would use them all over again and I recommend it to everyone I talk to that are dealing with L&I injuries to contacted Mr palaces offices and let them help u, you will not regret it.sorry for the long post but it had to be said,thank u mr palace and every one at the palace law office

Carrie took really good care of me. She was very concerned about all of my needs and concerns. Very informative and kept me in the loop with every step of the process. I will definitely be calling her in the future if I need any other services.

After a severe automobile accident, that left me with permanent physical damage I was given a referral to Carrie Umland. I was concerned that the insurance company would not look out for my long term needs, nor would they take the time to listen to just how much this injury affects my daily life and my job. Carrie actually met me at my work, saw the physical activity that I do on a daily basis. She spent a significant amount of time asking me about my work duties, hobbies, and home life and how my ability to perform these activities has changed since the accident. After dealing with insurance companies on my own and feeling overwhelmed at the lack of personal interest in my case it was reassuring to meet someone whom I TRULY felt had my best interest at heart. Throughout the process I was kept well informed every step of the way. At times she would call to check in, check my progress and get updates on my physical status, doctor's appointments etc. Yes, she was hired to represent me, but with each contact I felt more like I was touching base with a well trusted friend! Carrie is extremely professional, very intelligent, well educated, but most of all...very real. She genuinely cares, and she worked very hard on my behalf to see to it that my best interest was always at the forefront of our conversations. I especially appreciated that I never felt pushed to action. She explained the laws, how they applied to my injuries and ongoing care. I never felt lost in the system, which so often happens in dealing with insurance companies. I can't imagine having to negotiate with the insurance companies without her knowledge and assistance!

Carrie is a caring/ go getter lawyer. She wants you to get what you think you deserve. Always calm and caring. I would recommend her to anyone.

They did nothing, sat around and waited for the process to happen. I have been a Teamster shop steward for almost 30 years so I am familiar with the process. I only hired Palace Law because the company had sent their lawyers to my doctors and misrepresented themselves. you as an injured worker have the right to appeal a decision simply because you do not agree. especially those who have employers who independently insure. Palace Law did not file a single appeal or request a single review by the state, without a request the state takes the independant insurance companys word for everything. LET ME BE CLEAR PALACE LAW DID NOT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT TAKE 33% OF WHAT I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IF I HAD DONE NOTHING. WORST INJURY COMP LAWYERS I HAVE EVER HEARD OF AND I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE.

I was completely overwhelmed after my car accident. I started getting bogged down with calls from insurance companies and I decided I should hire a lawyer. My friend told me about Carrie. I called Carrie and right from the beginning she made me feel confident that I wouldn't have to pay for all my medical bills and that I might even get a settlement. I went to palace law two years into my L&I claim because the state was making me do lots of IME's, and redundant testing, over and over again.....2.5 years later, My team at Palace law just secured me a Pension.....and at 39 years old, that's hard to get!!!! I came there hopeless, and very worried about my financial future......as of 1-15-15 I no longer have to worry......Palace Law made true on a promise......They can't promise everyone a pension, but they do promise that they'll work their butts off to get you treated fairly!!!! And I highly recommend Palace Law to anybody that's been hurt while trying to feed their family!!! Patrick and his team....ARE ALL ABOUT THE WORKING MAN/WOMAN!!!!!
