Jeff is absolutely the best, He is always more concerned to helping his Clients then his pocketbook. He listens and gives great advice.and is always willing to help not just his Clients but his Community.

Do not waste your money on this attorney. I had a case reviewed by Mr. Whalley and I got nothing out of it. He missed three scheduled appointments without any prior notice. Then when he finally spoke with me it was obvious he hadn't reviewed my case and his "expert" opinion was "Yeah, it maybe worth a shot"... Luckily I didn't need his services any further so I moved on, but conveniently the amount I was charged was my entire retainer minus a few dollars. Total scumbag. This firm is why attorneys have a bad rap. He met or exceeded every negative stereotype you have heard about lawyer's. And lastly, as you can see everyone of the 5 star reviews were written by the same person...they all have the same writing style. Real ethical!

Unfortunately I hit a few bumps down the path of life. Things could have been a lot worse. Luckily I hired an attorney that was willing to do everything in my best interest. Straight shooter, no BS.

Had a consultation with Jeff, and his recommendation was to get healthy after having surgery on my ankle from an assualt. After several months have gone by I called back many times to get a run around. Finally after I spoke to someone other than Jeff, they would not help me with my case with no explanation. I could have sought other legal advice months ago but trusted Whalley law. I would not recommend this law firm.

I was looking for an advocate to fight for me and my children who are now in a victimized circumstance with their father. Jeffrey Whalley is very soft and did not have the interest in my children’s well being. I will never forget when I first heard of the courts decision to allow joint custody with my twins father, Mr. Whalley’s words to me were ‘it is what what is”. My children are now in a circumstance of harm and I recently received an $8000 bill without any trial and just by communication only. Beware, this man will only nickel and dime you and has no interest in being empathetic, unlike his website says. This man is a dishonest cheat out for money.
