My name is Greg After a prior surgery, I was wheelchair bound pending my recovery. Unfortunately, on January 9th 2014, while traveling in my wheelchair on a local sidewalk, I was hit by a car. This was a particularly stressful time in my life and this made matters compound. As a result, I accumulated many medical bills including an ambulance ride to a hospital, emergency room, attending physician etc. I was left physically and emotionally inept as my three year statute of limitations to file a civil action crept up. I brought this matter to attention of the Law Office of Jeff Whalley, founder of Whalley Law. I was very grateful that Jeff decided to take my case. He took the time to summarize what would probably take place and answered any and all questions I could come up with. As matters progressed, Jeff's paralegal Erin, worked diligently with me and was always available when Jeff was in court. I am writing this review with a heartfelt thankfulness to Jeff and his team. I was referred to Jeff by another attorney and had completely run out of options. I was wrongfully accused by an ex of mine for things that I had not done and was presented with a Do Not Contact Order. Jeff was very open and honest with me during my initial consultation and told me that this would be an extremely difficult case to win for me because of the bias mindset of the courts. Although he did advise me that this would be very difficult, he did tell me that he would try his hardest and could help identify what we could do to combat this Order. Out of all the many things he did for me, what I appreciated the most was his honesty. Many people have a mindset that just because you attain an attorney that you automatically win. I know this thinking to be foolish as there is no way for any one of us to know what a Judge may say about a certain situation or scenario. His team's communication skills were top notch and I appreciated so much when Jeff would email me or call me personally with pertinent updates. Every time we spoke he always reassured me that his phone or email was available to me 24-7. If your wanting an Attorney that will sugar coat things and place fabricated ideas in your mind, Jeff is not the Attorney for you. If you are wanting an honest (and I put emphasis on the honesty portion of this review) truthful, black and white, experienced, and knowledgeable attorney, Jeff and his team is perfect for you. Jeff was able to get the Order dismissed and I couldn’t be more proud to be a client of Whalley Law. I know if I ever run into a situation that requires me to attain an attorney I will be contacting Jeff with no hesitation.

Jeff Whalley handled my case where I was rear-ended. As a single mother the situation was amplified for me with my pain and time needed away from income that I really needed. Jeff Whalley was an extremely diligent and sincere lawyer in my case. He was always on time, very patient in answering questions, and gave a sense of compassion and support that you would only find from a friend. Through his investigative and negotiating techniques he was able to reduce my DUI charge to Reckless Driving and even succeeded in a victory over the DMV administrative hearing to suspend my licence. Only 3% of cases are dismissed from DMV and Jeff made the impossible reality. Thank you Jeff, you will always be regarded as a friend in a book.

Jeff and Erin are wonderful! I have a case where my minor child needed a parenting plan. I called and met with several attorneys, most who didn't know how to handle the case since she was a minor. Jeff was awesome. He kept me updated and informed. If he was unsure of something, he'd research it, talk to colleagues and get the information. He was very professional and made the other party's attorney look less than. I was confident in him and he did not let us down.

I enthusiastically endorse Jeff Whalley, who I retained to represent my child during a hearing. He took an active interest in the case and made sure he had a thorough understanding of the events surrounding our case. He contacted me frequently to get my input and to review his arguments before the hearing so I would be comfortable with what he was going to say. He was a good listener and would take the time to explain things to me if something was over my head (which was just about everything). He did a very thorough job of preparing for the hearing and brought in an expert witness, which I believe also helped our case. Because these hearings tend to be rather informal, some parents opt to go without professional representation. I’m glad Jeff was there to advocate on my child’s behalf. He brought more expertise, professionalism and sheer ability to the table than I ever could. He was knowledgeable, eloquent and tenacious. Jeff demonstrated an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the law, and he referenced that knowledge frequently and effectively throughout the hearing. At the time of this writing, we haven’t received the decision on our case yet. I wanted to write this review before the decision because every attorney in the world will tell you that there is no guaranteed outcome. If the decision is not what we hoped, I will not consider it a reflection of Jeff’s abilities. He put in a 100% effort, and for that I’m grateful.

As any father filing for divorce seeking custody. It is a very scary and unreal situation. You feel that perhaps that you are on an unequal playing field with everything you hear. I contacted Jeff through a referral and he did not disappoint. He was there from the get go. Showed concern and right away helped me before even putting a retainer in. He listened to my situation, was dedicated to my cause but was no cheerleader. Was honest the whole away as scary as it was sometimes. His style is not about slinging mud but being prepared 100 % and ready to tell your story. We had a hard fought custody battle that ended with me with custodial custody of my daughter. Though my divorce eventually ended peaceful and both me and my wife setting things aside for the best interests of our daughter.
