I just wanted to shout out Kristi Richardson for being so amazing. At first I was scared to get an attorney but she made me feel more comfortable and my case has been moving way more quickly then I thought it would! I haven’t once had to stress about anything because I know Kristi has her clients back 100%!

I had John and Debbie at Palace Law help me settle a claim for a dog bite injury to my face. Another attorney had told me that wouldn't need representation. That was bad advice, because the insurance company was not offering much for compensation. The communication was excellent and settlement was for way more than I was expecting.

Carrie is an amazing attorney and I highly recommend her and her team. She is very personable and friendly. Carrie is very knowledgeable. I’m so thankful she was able to help and alleviate the stress of dealing with the insurance company. She made the experience very nice and I would not hesitate to use her again if needed. Her assistant Jonathan is amazing as well. He’s very friendly and an excellent to communicate with. Thank you Carrie and Jonathan for all you do.

Words are inadequate to express my appreciation & thanks to Kristi/Palace Law Firm, who has a genuine compassion for voiceless people. Kristi, listened to people’s concerns. There is nobody better for L&I representation and palace law, working with them has taken the fear and anxiety out of everyday life having to deal with the state of Washington Department of Labor & Industries. Miss Paula in particular has been an absolute joy to work with always being quick to respond and her personal devotion and care for her client is second to none. My recommendation come so highly for Polish law and Paula personally, that I think you would be doing yourself an injustice without considering them at the top of the list of lawyers to choose
