I always got a quick response. Any questions that I had were always followed up on, I was never left wondering. Kim was very professional, I enjoyed working with her, through these tough circumstances.

My employer decided to fight my claim after working for them for 18 years, and actually denied my claim. I am a hard-working person and I thought that would have been enough to get the treatment I needed to get back to work. I am not a wealthy person and I was extremely worried about being homeless and potentially injured for the rest of my life. Not only did Palace Law get my claim accepted, they have given me my life back. Cheryl is an amazing person to deal with and she continues to fight on my behalf.
