An amazing attorney!!! An amazing Christian attorney. Do yourself due diligence and retain Mr. Pascoe and his team for your immediate legal needs. His fees are normal and under priced by my opinion. I retained him for a dependency law case which he informed me wasn’t his specialty but I couldn’t of done better with Johnny Cochrane himself. Thank you Mr. Pascoe. Five Star Rated. Alan took on our case last July. He has had more excuses then anyone I've ever known. Since so much time has gone by, there are several other people going against the same companies bond. This will ultimately result in us losing more money. So now we've lost money from a contractor who did terrible work, we lost money fixing their terrible work, we lost money to Alan Harvey and now we are paying a second attorney to try to recoup what little we can. He stopped returning phone calls, email or texts and completely abandoned our case. Our consult went great and we were very hopeful. It's too bad he didn't follow through. It's been eight months. Be warned, he has more "sick family, busy case loads and personal things" that come up more than anyone i know. We asked him at one point if he was just too busy and he assured us he wasn't. Terrible.
