The legal work was excellent but receipt of our completed Trust and copies required multiple calls over 3 months to finally recieve them.

Three years ago we were referred to Pettis Webber for our Trust questions. Beckie explained the process clearly and thoroughly and within a few short weeks, we had our Trust Documents in hand. Documents included : Certificate of Trust : Trust Will and Testament : Durable Power of Attorney : Health Care Directive Trust Assets : Non-trust Assets It was such a relief to now have docs and a process in place to save time and worry for our family in the future. Disappointed that it was necessary to make multiple calls over three months time to even get a response as to when we would recieve the completed trust. Otherwise the documents are fine and complete, just very very delayed.

They are caring and knowledgeable. We found them easy to work with and we really appreciated their help & guidance.

We redid our estate planning documents completely. PWP did a thorough job and had good recommendations for how to accomplish our goals. We appreciate that they followed through to get changes made on all of the accounts affected, so they are not finished when the documents are signed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the length of time it took for them to get documents to us.

Beckie Pettis created a trust for us and one for my father. She did an excellent job in both cases. She was thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand.
