worked with them for 2 years then they gave up last min

The wait was worth it. I would of given 5 stars… Since LILLIAN/ LILLY Who is one of the receptionist has a REAL NASTY attitude. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service; would I use or recommend them; HIGHLY YES; with warning to avoid Lillian ( if she is still around; hopefully not).

soo after reading some reviews i am now begining to grow concern. my case has been open for 2 years as well and i hope i get some sort of ressolve, hard to get ahold of and when i called i got hung up on on after asking for the receptionist name. i will update review if i get better news, patience is what i hold onto.

Worst experience ever! I started a case with them back in November and no communication to this point. Every time I called Claudia. She does not respond and I leave voicemails and no call back. Last time, I spoke with her she was gathering paperwork from my medical, then my wife calls today and she does not know if she has the paperwork. When last time I spokes with her, she indicated she had all the paperwork. I’m beyond disappointed with this law firm. The have no communication with their clients. You would wait months and months with no sort of explanation. I would suggest to look for better law firm. Update on 2/20/24: I am still waiting after two years and a few months. The case has not been close and the still suck at communicating with me about is going on. The continue to make excuses of why they have not close my case. My partner close the case already with only 2k in return for damages. They are so unprofessional, and I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I am trying to find resources.

Farah is very professional would definitely recommend to fellow friends who have been in accidents. Customer service was 10/10 felt heard and taken care of!
