Seemed very kind and caring but absolute garbage at keeping in contact. I've had to call periodically to get any information from a car accident that happened four years ago. Doesn't seem to be any organization, everytime I call I get shuffled to a different person.

I would give it a “ No Star” if I could. Misleading, unethical and useless and to cover your incompetence as a law firm, you sent out a letter telling the client that you’re “ Unable to proceed with the handling of your claim” two days after you were fired for doing absolutely nothing, not returning any phone calls, provide any communication ( when you were asked multiple times) including failing to tell the client after 5 month that the other party wasn’t insured…. a rookie attorney fresh out of law school would have done a better job than this law firm did. It’s firms like yours that give lawyers a bad name .
