Slower than a snail and bad communication

If I could give them a lower rating I would. Presented our case to Jorge over the phone and was told they would be contacting me the next day. 4 business days went by and no reply so I emailed Jorge back. I instantly got a reply that said they were not able to take our case. No explanation whatsoever. Just one sentence. If this is the way they do business, I am glad they are too busy to help me. Our case seems pretty darn solid. Maybe it is just too much work for them. William

Do not go here I was recommended by my chiropractor but that was a bad decision they do not respond they do not call you or update you on anything please read these reviews I wish I would have read the reviews do not give this place your business unless you want a headache

I was rear ended in a car collision in May of 2018 and it took 3 years for me to finally get any kind of compensation for the concussion and back problems I accumulated from it. I had about 10 different lawyers and case managers in these three years. The whole time I felt like they were doing the absolute minimum. Horrible communication. I finally got my settlement check a couple days ago, at first they sent it to the wrong address and then it ended up being withdrawn after I deposited it into my account. I'm surprised it ever even got resolved. Save your time and go somewhere with a better reputation.
