Good service & I hope so.

Took case from my Attorney who died. Had my case for around 2 years. Didn't have much leg work to do. Here the JOKE after all this time they just sent me an offer to approve. It was 52,000.00. It was a car accident. Someone else hit me. They have good insurance. They admit they were at fault. I myself will suffer for the rest of my life in ALL ways. The firm i believe waited til it the last min. Getting close to the statue of limitation is up to send me a approval form to sign for a WHOPPPING 52,000.00. After paying my medical bills, this firm. Maybe I'll recieve 20,000.00. This is for the rest of my life. I'm in pain constantl . Can't sleep. Can't work . Can't enjoy any recreational activities. N you can not tell me they (the firm worked for me). This is REALLY SAD that this law firm could do this to the disabled.

STAY FAR AWAY! They are horrible to work with. They dropped the ball for my sons case and did ZERO to help w any records. We had to do it all ourselves. They drug it out til the statue of limitations almost passed ( another thing they didn’t know) we had to constantly do our own work. They didn’t even know the accident limits of the insurance involved! It was 100K and they told us 25K. Gwendolyn is supposedly the “ closer” and is the rudest of them all. She told me they don’t “ provide a service” when I asked what exactly we are paying them for... I am filing complaint w the WSBA and a grievance. ** and my son STILL hasn’t receive this settlement after signing for it over a month ago.

Good and excelent service and professional

Phillips Law Firm handled two of my cases over the course of the past year and half. My initial relationship with the firm was riddled with a lot of miscommunication and I felt my cases were not being handled with the care and urgency I needed. After a certain point, Sandra Ayala took charge of my cases. Sandra is amazing!! She has been absolutely amazing since my initial frustrations with the firm, completely altering my confidence with the firm. Sandra has not only been on top of sending me updates when requested, she made me feel prioritized. She has been extremely informative throughout the process, giving me advice when needed and showed on various occasions that she was willing to go the extra mile for me to fight for my cases. My first contact with Sandra was not pleasant, I was extremely rude since she ended up being the person I lashed out to about my initial frustrations - but, she handled everything with a remarkable amount of professionalism and kindness. Thank you for everything Sandra, and Phillips Law Firm!! I appreciate all that you have done for me.

From the start of a nightmarish car crash, in which I was a passenger, Kelsey Warren at Phillips Law Firm has been a source of hope, encouragement and good advice. After the accident, I'd ended up stumbling home alone, pretty much convinced that I was on my own. The cops and firemen had only wanted to know if I'd recently coughed or sneezed. One call to Phillips has put some blue back in the sky. I'll update this review as we go.

Phillips Law Firm was kind, patient, and focused. I contacted them with my immediate distress and was apprehensive to trust anyone with my fate. Phillips gave me the information I needed to make an educated choice, it's why I chose them.

I wish I would have listen to the bad reviews. This is just another scam law firm that out to get your money. They talk a big game, through a lot of big numbers at you and tell you how much your case is worth and how they will fight to get you what you deserve. Once you sign the line that’s it, you will not get any updates till you get a email that you case is settled and all you get is pennies. You ask them questions and that’s when you no you have been swindled. The only thing I can do is post my review on social networks for people to be careful with this law firm.
