From the moment we contacted Kimel Law office in Yakima. We were greeted by Cynthia Explaining our situation overwhelmed with medical and credit card debt. Pros: knowledgeable and professional Cons: EXTREMELY unorganized. We were emailed, and/or called on several occasions requesting information that had already been talked about, and/or submitted several times prior. We were even sent over another clients entire case information at some point instead of our own.

The staff at Kimmel Law were amazing to work with! Initially I was very fearful of the whole process but Cynthia and Mr. Kimmel quickly relieved my fears. I would recommend this firm to anyone. They are very experienced and guide you through the process as well as talking about your unique situation and offering advice about options and strategies to best suit your needs. They’re also very reasonable in price and work with you!
