Mr. Kimmel did a terrible job handling my bankruptcy. He didn't explain what was happening and what he did explain turned out to be incorrect. He didn't complete the process and in the end I had to pay much of what I filed chapter 7 on. The collectors all say the same thing, "your attorney didn't handle this correctly". I even scheduled a meeting with him over a year after the bankruptcy so he could explain what could be done and he was vague and short with me, despite me offering to pay him more money for his time and efforts. I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere for an attorney.

We had a great experience got what we wanted. This client was a man so we did not have issue's like previous reviews he shut the other lawyer down during court.

Bob is a great guy, horrible attorney. Bob and his assistant Katie are very pro woman rights and mother rights, so if you are a man stay away. His legal assistant advised me one day that there are many fathers rights movements out there and to not listen to them because they don't know what they are talking about. (not true by the way) ALL MEN AND FATHERS CHECK OUT #thefathersrightsmovement as this is the first step in changing this bias and detrimental system we have in place. Bob and Katie will not fight on your side as they should and you will be stuck with a HUGE bill and no results. FIND A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY.
