My journey to finally close out my bankruptcy was over a year. Cynthia and Mr. Kimel helped me very much through this ugly adventure. Johnson v Graham case is lit up! An excellent attorney that is fair, honest, and professional. I would vote to elect him Judge should he decide to run one day. I have witnessed Robert in court and admire his succinct professional style. His no nonsense communication with the judge and opposition show me how to conduct my live courtroom interactions. I am not an attorney and sharing my personal, unprofessional observations. I have witnessed numerous court proceedings, while representing myself ...and he appears to be far more educated and prepared than everyone, with exception of the judge. If and when I could afford his services....he would be my first choice without question.

During a very stressful and difficult time in my life Mr Kimel and his assistant, Roberta, were kind, responsive and very understanding. They made sure all my questions were answered and helped immediately whenever I called. They were so professional and made me feel comfortable. They understood that I didnt intend on being in the position I was in and helped me reconcile that. They were great!
