Finally, a lawyer that is dedicated and committed to see that you get the best possible outcome. Bill Tiano is the best West Virginia has to offer. I live out of state and Bill and his staff were very accommodating to see that things got scheduled on my days off so as not to interfere with my work schedule. My calls were returned ASAP. They treat you like family. You are in great hands with this firm.

After a week or more in ICU, the amazing and professional, Tiano O'Dell, PLLC, Charleston, WV and Lacy Wright, Welch WV became our link to the business end of a terrible accident. The highs and lows after a life threatening accident that goes on for months is a very trying family experience. As a family you are laser focused on the recovery of your loved one(s). Ice chips mattered more than a totaled vehicle. At the time, it is immaterial where the car is towed, the year, make or model. All our particular family wanted was to see God save the life and heal our loved one, but the phone rang asking questions that we struggled to answer. Our hearts were breaking and burdened, and the only calls that strengthened us were prayer warrior calls. Calls that promised prayer and sent love!!! Don't get us wrong, we understand that everyone has a job, and we so wanted to accommodate, but it was not our priority to talk about scraps of metal. We do compliment the kindness of those doing their jobs. TianoO'Dell and team, at our request, started to manage the business end of this accident. They did a first class, exceptional job communicating with our family and those involved. Our family now could really laser focus. We put all of our thoughts into prayers, our amateur care giving into action and our hearts into our touches. God wasn't ready just yet...Praise the Lord. Prayers were answered, yet scars are evident, but Bill Tiano and team carried the weight of what was least important to our family, but necessary for extended care and follow up surgeries. There is no value on what was physically and emotionally lost on a roadway, but the assurance and commitment of Bill Tiano and team lessened the anxiety and freed us for attention to the details of months of care. TianoO'Dell and their team score off the charts for professional attitude, fairness, integrity, thoroughness and positive encouragement.
