We are in a time and place that your pay for a product or service and very rarely do you get what you pay for, this isn't the case with Michael. He is simply a "pro" and keeps you informed all along the way. In today's society there is something to be said about: being on time, looking the part and most importantly knowing your part, which Michael does seamlessly.
