I have never done these before but I simply wanted to thank Darnell Ward for his excellent commitment to help my mother-in-law get a new house; Having a judgment against you is embarrassing but he took the time out of his day to explain everything in detail to her and get everything finalized he was a true amazing person to work with

I found myself in a hardship situation and let things get out of hand. When I called Rausch Sturm to try and resolve a debt I owed, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I received Laquintin Holloway as my Account Manager. He was so gracious and compassionate to my situation and supported me in being able to pay off my debt. Paul Powell provided excellent customer service that I wanted to share here, this representative was very patient though we couldn't locate my account, he was very knowledgeable of the next steps and with assistance found my account; throughout all this he maintained a professional attitude and was very respectful . My reason for calling was to make my first agreed payment and he was able to assist me with getting that done. Normally this seems like what anyone would expect but a lot of times when you don't have all your information the representative won't always go above and beyond to help you and he did. Thank you
