Wow! I would like to thank Chayyiel Jackson for being an amazing customer service representative. The speed and how quickly he responded to the issue with my DOB was awesome. He was very knowledgeable of the website his understanding and patience just blew me for a turn. I have never experienced customer service in this fashion (seriously).
