I have been calling for the past three (3) weeks however, on today I was blessed to reach Ms. April Perez . Not only did she not just transfer me to another answering machine she briefly explained the process that needed to take place so that I could prevent a judgement. Ms. Perez had the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively. Well Done April. She is definitely an asset to RSIEH!!!!!!!!

I have been working with RSIEH for years now and I can confidently say that Julie Rectenwald is the reason I gave such an outstanding rating. I have worked with others, but she alone makes a world of difference. Her professionalism, intelligence, friendly phone demeanor, dedication and exemplary service consistently exceed all expectations. I could go on and on. I hope this review does not go unnoticed as she has made all my interactions with RSIEH exceptional, and has proven to be invaluable. As always, I look forward to working with her in the future.
