After having multiple issues with costumer service. I finally have my issues all resolved from when I called on 12-19-2017. The first few people I talked to on the phone were not very kind or very professional. I had to call back today 01-05-2018 again, this time I spoke with Cassandra. She was very sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and got to the point. She answered and resolved my ongoing problem I had from 12-19-2017 in no time at all. Thanks Cassandra!!!!

This firm is one of the finest and most helpful that I have ever seen. Some of the people that I've worked with are Maria Marinille, Dan Borghese and last but not least Jamie Perez. All have been very helpful and very professional and that is hard to find in this day and time. They are a credit to your firm. However your music that you play while someone is on hold is horrible and literally should be changed because it makes people want to hang up.
