Kia Palmer has been super helpful on getting our account taken care of. She is so polite and friendly. Wish all debt collectors were this way, they would get way more done!

I had the pleasure of speaking over the phone with Ms. Kari Mayns in regards to my file with the company and she was very helpful. She explained everything I needed to know clearly and made sure that she answered all my questions. She was polite on the phone and as a voice representing the company to its clients and customers I think she represents RSIEH well. Overall, I would rate my experience with her and her customer service as outstanding.

Susie Hernandez called me this afternoon regarding a debt I owe. I have major medical issues that have prevented me from going back to work so I am currently unemployed and living off my social security alone. Most of the collection people I have talked to really don't care but Susie understood my challenges and said she was here to help me and boy was she ever right!! She set me up on payments I can afford to make and now I feel so much better that I will be able to pay this debt off thanks to Susie.

Maria Marinelli was the first person that was helpful, kind, patient and understanding of the situation. I felt comfortable with her from the start! And to be quite honest, ya'll should take into consideration that had she been bullying, harsh and or negative, we would not come to this agreement. Work with me. That's all I ask. It is what I asked of Sam's Club and they wholeheartedly agreed. For all of 2 days max. Phone calls started at 8am and continued til 9pm. For weeks. I had to turn off the house phone to keep it from bothering my 89 year old mother who suffers from dementia. Now on the bright side again ... thank Ms Marinelli. I thank her and appreciate her assistance tremendously. And I am thanking you in advance for same consideration. There's reasons why I could not and still cannot make large payments. As I pay one off, the monies are directed to remaining creditors. (4 total) You will get the money. It may be slow but it will be steady. Which always wins the race! Thank you very much!
