Called yesterday 1/8/2018 and spoke with Darnell Ward. He was very polite, understanding, and helpful. Darnell Helped me with everything i needed and got me a receipt in less than 24hrs. I would like your Firm to know that Keri Mayns was very helpful and very nice helping me set up my payment plan on my debt.

I assume the previous positive reviews were solicited? My experience has been far short of satisfactory and can not imagine how anyone would have a enjoyable experience. RSIEH is collection agent for Portfolio Recovery, who won a judgement against my client. I am trying to payoff this judgement, and have had to invest hours on their phone systems and talking with their associates. EVERY time I call it's 5-10 minutes just to get past the voice prompts to a human, and then re-collect the same information about my identity, who the file is , who the client is , etc. I SIMPLY NEED A PAYOFF LETTER FOR A COURT-ORDERED JUDGEMENT THAT IS A FILED PUBLIC RECORD! The customer service agents argue that they can not provide the payoffs to a 3rd party.. REALLY? It's Public Record!!! Anyone can find this information at the courthouse, or through public record search. I've provided a signed authorization from my client, and still waiting for a payoff statement. Do they not want to get paid? I am wondering if RSIEH is deliberately trying to delay the satisfaction of the judgement. Do they increase their collection fees if they delay receipt of payment? Considering I've spoken to several employees and they are all trained to provide the same explanations for delays, roadblocks, etc, this problem clearly falls on the shoulders of the Management that have implemented these policies, practices and cultures.
