As one can imagine, dealing with a debt is not a fun process and can often prove to be quite stressful. Rausch Sturm and their associates, specifically Paul Powell, made the process painless. He was patient, informative, positive, helpful and respectful throughout our conversation. It did not feel like a transaction but like a personalized experience. It is much appreciated and I feel at ease with the forthcoming process.

I wanted to take the time out to leave a review for this company. The professionalism and patience that they exercise while collecting a debt is appreciated. The employees here definitely set themselves apart from other collection agencies. My representative was Michael G. representing Conn's and he was very helpful and patient. He definitely has a All In attitude when dealing with customers. Great job!!

Michael Grigsby was very patient with me and my 18 months old child who I was constantly stop to help while I was on the phone.
