Beyond disgusted with this company. If there was a negative star rating they would receive it. Never follow through with anything they say. I upheld my end of a settlement with them in December. It is now March and I have yet to receive the paperwork I was promised to receive. Every time I call and speak with their representative ( Andy ) I just get the runaround about what's taking them so long to send my documents about my case to me. With absolutely NO RESULTS!!!!!! I will get results. Starting my research on alternatives to obtaining them since this company doesn't seem to have the competence to send out a simple document other than a collection.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD, HORRIBLE, I WAS NOT SERVE ANYTHING,WORST COLLECTION COMPANY EVER!!!

I have been delightfully working with the most amazing representative Nicole Hansen with Law Firm of Rausch, Sturm, Israel, & Hornik for 7 years now. Her and the assisting associates at the Firm are one of the reason I absolutely love my job and look forward to my work day. I have been working with RSIEH and more specifically Nicole Hansen for several years now. I can actually say that I look forward to working with Nicole. The first person that I spoken with from the company was very very rude and so the next time I called I got in touch with a guy by the name of Zhayyiel Jackson he really worked with me and got me on a adorable plan so I could paid my balance off. We need more people like this guy he really knew how to handle things and did it in a respectful manner

I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole Hansen for the past 4 years. Although her objective is to collect funds from my clients, she is very understanding and reasonable when it comes to hardships they are facing. This review is long over due. In this industry seldom are we afforded the appreciation we deserve and no one is more deserving than Julie Rectenwald. I speak with multitudes of professionals every day and there are very few which I genuinely look forward to speaking with as I do her. She has been my go-to-girl for quite some time now.
