well, dealing with a debt collection firm is not the most pleasant experience, but I can say that my representative at the firm was an exception to this. Throughout the process ADOLFO CASTILLO-CANEDO was courteous and efficient. ADOLFO treated me with respect at all times and always followed through on every detail that he said he would. If for any reason you end up in collections with Rausch, Sturm, Israel, etc... I highly recommend that you ask for ADOLFO!
