An absolute 100% joy to do business with. FIANA HOPKINS was funny, a great listener, professional, she helped me every way that she could. For a poor little preacher like me, she was so much fun to talk to. Most bill collectors scare me. FIANA HOPKINS made me feel at home.

Paying off old bad debt is never something one ACTUALLY looks forward to. It's a nerve wracking chore on the best of days. That being said Chayyiel Jackson and Courtney Faulk were friendly, polite, professional and were ACTUALLY a joy to talk to.

Chayyiel Jackson made this process a lot better than I thought it would be. Settling Past Due Debts is never a fun experience but I'm glad that I was able to work with Chayyiel regarding this matter. He was always professional and explained things very well.
After agreeing on a Settlement, I made my payment and received my requested documentation shortly after that as promised.
