I had the opportunity of deal with Raj Randolph in regards to my collection case. He provided great insight and assisted me in getting started on a prompt resolution. Awesome assistance from the rest of the representatives aswell, everyone tries their best to assist you!

I would like to start saying that my first experience with this firm was awful. It wasn't until I spoke with Raj Randolph that I was able to experience amazing costumer service. Mr. Randolph took the time to explain everything to me, worked with me through the whole process and truly showed that he cared about us coming into an agreement. Kindness and understanding is what get people to move forward with difficult news, and that is something the rest of the associates in this firm that I dealt with do not understand. Raj Randolph was great, he was understanding, he listened and he did all he could to get to the agreement both parties could move forward with. Thanks again.

I've always had to call because I could never log into my account online and I wanted to restructure my payment plan to knock it out more quickly. I called and spoke with Raj Randolph. He not only was able to help me get into my account online, but was able to go over the specifics of what I need to do to restructure my plan. He was quite pleasant to speak with and very helpful.

They do not adequately equip their call center employees with the right information to be given any other score other than a 1 star. Too many examples and too little time.

I had a problem. A process server served me with a lawsuit on an account that was already being handled by Rausch Sturm. I couldn't reach the person who normally helped me, so I called and spoke with a Ms. Lori Patrick. She was funny, professional, helpful in every way. She hopped right on the situation, and is busy helping me. I will be working with her, along with Ms. Fiana Hopkins Tomorrow, to fix the mess and hopefully stay out of court.
