No one ever likes being in the position of dealing with the collection agency but Devon Fitch has been a guiding resource through a difficult time. Every conversation and negotiation is met with empathy and understanding and while the circumstances of meeting are not the best she has been a great support throughout our process. She is an example of how to work with people who have experienced difficult times but also still get her clients the money they are owed. Please let her be an example of how all your non attorney debt collectors should handle both parties.

Dahlia Williams and Lori Patrick were so phenomenal and professional. I was having so much trouble with Portfolio Recovery and frustrated with their lack of communication!! Our family lost so much due to COVID19 and having to endure more frustration with Portfolio Recovery was causing significant stress and harm to our family. These two women not only helped with a resolution to my problem, they lowered payments were we could afford them. They made it to where we could pay rent and buy food during this hard time while paying for our bill. It's women like this that show empathy and compassion that make the biggest difference in peoples lives and change the outcome for so many. Thank you both so much for helping a family so that we could survive through this pandemic! Thank you for being so professional, kind, understanding, and empathetic!! Thank you for being you!!

This was the first time I've ever had a pleasant encounter with a collector. Rachel is excellent at her job. She actually seems to care about the client's issues. Your company should feel lucky to have such an employee. She was prompt and friendly and solved my issue with ease. Thanks!!
