this was my first time ever dealing with a collection company and it was a great experience! last year they contacted me about my account with Walmart that i never paid and we worked out a great payment plan. i just finished paying off my account this week and today i check and it already came off my credit report. i wish all my accounts were in their hands lol. they were always nice to me when i would have questions 🙂

SPOKE WITH THREE REPS. THE FIRST ONE WAS INCORRECT ACCOURDING TO THE SECOND REP IN HOW THE SETTLEMENT COULD BE TAKEN. BECAUSE THE WORD "BANKRUPTCY" WAS USED THE FILE WAS FLAGGED. I FOUND THIS OUT FIVE HOURS LATER WHEN I CALLED BACK TO PAY IN FULL AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PAY THE SETTLEMENT. I'VE SPOKEN WITH FOUR REPS WHICH ONE OF THEM WAS MICHAEL ROPELLA (AN ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY) WHO WAS THE RUDEST. TELLING ME "TO STOP TALKING". THE SECOND REP WAS THE NICEST AND MOST HELPFUL..... I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HIS NAME. I'VE NEVER HAD A HARDER TIME TRYING TO GIVE SOMEONE MONEY.

Telemarketers. They keep calling me at least 3 times a day and with absolutely no reason of doing so.

Wow! Quiana (QSJ) was like an angel. Super helpful, professional, and best of all caring. With her help she made this into a positive stress free experience!
