I have 2 accounts, originally from Midland Funding and now with Rausch Sturm LLP. 4441193 & 4441192.
I've been trying to pay since December 10 2021, the first 15 calls (few days apart) or so I was told the account was being uploaded into the system, call back later, same message every time. Some of the reps relaying that message were nice, some just hung up right after the message, very rude.
About 2 weeks ago I spoke to a very nice rep Jade Dixon and she was able to pull up my account, I gave her my updated address and she sent me an account resolution letter for both accounts. Received that letter 4 days ago.
Tried to pay via their website following instructions on the letter and I'm not able to. Called back to pay via phone and now I'm getting the same message from reps: Account is being loaded into the system, call back tomorrow, can't pay. Did this twice (yesterday and today) already and same results.
I'm not sure what's going on, I'm ready to pay my accounts following the letter I've received from them, on their terms, but I'm unable to. The due date on the account resolution letter is January 31st and it's looking like they won't be able to take my payment by then. I'm very frustrated, tried emailing the address they are providing in other reviews and have not received any reply.
Please let me pay my account on January 31st so I don't have to start from scratch and request another letter with an extended due date...

Over the past year and a half to two years, Rausch Sturm has been attempting to collect on a debt that I allowed to lapse.
They have shown great patience and understanding in regard to my personal hardships.
Damien Dotts is an awesome person to talk to, as well as the other representatives I talked to.
By no means are they obligated to be so caring to me or anyone in this position.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been trying for weeks to get a possible paymeny settlement and all I get told is Im not in the system yet. How long does it take to get me in the system. Supervisor know just as much as the representatives do which is NOTHING!!! I have never had such a hard time giving someone money.

People must be getting something (against Google TOS) for these positive reviews. This company has tried to sue me twice now, wasting my time. Their lawyers have failed to show up both times. They have NEVER written me directly, NEVER called my number, and NEVER emailed. I have tried calling DOZENS of times only to be on hold and then automatically hung up on. Incredibly frustrating.
