Let me not mince words oh, these guys are scumbag collection attorneys

Mrs. Lee helped in the process and I enjoyed the conversation. She explained everything I needed to do to get this completed.

Not willing to work with clients at all. They say they will settle, but t the offer they give you is nothing. Communication is extremely poor. I have never received a call back when dealing with issues from this firm so I'm typically left in the dark.

I rarely if at all do Google reviews but I feel I need to called out Dan Bourgsie for all his help. He was so wonderful in helping settle some issues I had with paying off the debt. He was very kind and helpful, just a pleasure to deal with.

Ok, so I know this is going to sound crazy leaving such a positive review for a debt collector... But, Jessica Buck non-attorney debt collector was a 5 * plus. Since my account was taken over by Rausvh Sturm back in I believe December 2021, I have had the worst time being able to be able to make my payments on-line rather than having to call and pay. I spoke with 2 or 3 different representatives and they all said my problem was fixed and gave me their contact info if I had any other questions or concerns. Well, sure enough, when I put in my I fo to log into the site, I couldn't. Kept saying contact info not on file. But as of today 3/22/22, with the help of Jessica, all it was is that my last name just needed to be in all caps. How is it that something as simple and silly as that could not be figured out by the other representatives that I've spoken with since December of 2021 could not figure out and Jessic could is beyond be. Not only did Jessica fix this matter, but she also gave me great information on a more finiancial things that not only was extremely helpful, but I didn't know at the time could be fixed as well. So sorry for such a long review. I just wanted others to know that paying off a debt doesn't always need to be a horrible experience. Jessica went above and beyond to make my experience without any stress at all. Thank you so much Jessica Buck. Much appreciation coming your way. Laurie

Zachary Gonzalez (Sweetie plum Representative) :) and Jake Reno (Manager) are the super best at this company !!! they actually made me happy to pay my bill !!!! he made me feel like I was purchasing something versus paying a bill and with debt collections it is hard to get the compassionate customer service, Zachary is the reason i prefer to pay over the telephone versus mailing or paying online. Jake you were awesome as well and thank you for taking my call and allowing me to speak with you on how great Zach was. To the owners of this company, Thank You for recognizing them both for their awesome work, interpersonal, compassionate, thoughtful and kind spirits and I look forward to paying my bill next month LOL with all smiles. Thank You both from the bottom of my heart. Mel... Now today 4/8/2022 I also have to make mention again to Leah Swift and Zach yet again and the Manager Mr. Hi... Leah and Zach worked yet again with me to get the debt my son owed paid in full and allowed him and myself to keep our word and take care of this debt. this company is compassionate, kind, keeps great conversation making you feel like family and making you want to pay a debt... God knew what he was doing when he gave my son this company t handle his debt because he knew these precious people would be so compassionate. This company is the most compassionate, kind and generous people I have ever met in a collection agency and the fact that they do not judge you and only want to make a resolution to your situation and help you resolve it makes it all more of the better. When my son hits the lottery I will be personally investing in this company and advocating for companies to give their accounts to this company because they actually care about their customers and have a heart !!!!! Tank you for helping me and my son Leah and again Zach and Mr. Hi you all are the best in the world and I am not just saying this, you helped me be able to buy food and toiletries by having compassion on me with our financial situation going on right now. Received a packet for Wage Garnishment from an employee that does not work here. Not sure if they check the address on the pay stub before sending and filing court paperwork.
