Leah Tafoya was honestly one of the best Customer Service representative when it comes to collecting a debt. She was very patient and sweet. She was understanding and willing to assist with getting my debt resolved.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Joseph today who helped me to understand the debt and get started working towards resolving it. He was very nice, understanding,and for the first time in my life I was able to take my time and work this through correctly to correct an old mistake without being harassed, threatened, or being belittled. Unwilling to work with clients. I had attempted contact multiple times in the past, without response, via mail, email, and phone. All were unsuccessful and now they are garnishing my checks, SAYING THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED CONTACT, despite my proof. Be aware.
