Not so easy to deal with and forever hard getting to page where you pay and I never gave permission for them to take money from my account and they did .

KenDale Wright was absolutely amazing to work with today ! He reassured us he was there to help anyway he could and he understand the situation. He was a pleasure to work with on our case . I was confused and quite frankly mortified at the thought of owing money to a debt collector. You know you messed up and you owe the money, but you are so broke that sometimes you have to take a nap for dinner. I was petrified at the thought that I had to throw off my budget to pay this debt back. But this is no regular debt collector, they will work with you to help you help them. Sometimes they have to do an extra little convincing but that is just life can't make an omelet without breaking eggs. Dennis Vega has set me up in a way even I can afford to make amends for my mistake. He was cool, calm, and collected. If debt collection was a restaurant, he would be the manager a chick-fil-a. Type of manager that runs to your car to hand you ketchup and sauce when you ask for it. I am very happy we came to an agreement he is truly a professional who has standards.
