Horrible company. Make frequent calls in an attempt to collect a debt but never say anything when you answer the phone. When I called them back to se why no one says anything, the lady is rude with me when I am trying to give her information on the debt they are calling about. Kind of hard to collect on a debt or get information if you are going to be rude to the person calling you back to give the information. Most people avoid debt collectors. Now I see why.

We recently worked with Gloria G. of Rausch Sturm LLP to resolve a credit card settlement issue. Gloria was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in this process. I recently reached out to this company to help me with an issue. Lauren M was so pleasant and kind just by listening to her all my worries and fears went out the window. It's hard to realize that there are still good customer service representatives out there and Lauren is definitely one of them. Thank you so much. :) Keep up the great work.

Valerie Nordstrom and Katie Mathiason went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me in clearing up an account! They made the process extremely easy, made certain I understood how the process would work and gave me their undivided attention until we were able to work out the account, make the payment, and finalize the plan. I am so appreciative of Valerie's patience on the telephone, her knowledge of the process and Katie's swift response when I needed additional assistance. Five stars doesn't seem to be sufficient!!
