I had some paperwork for an account with Rausch Sturm get lost in transit, which opened up a can of worms I've been trying to untangle for the last few weeks. Every representative I've spoken to has been extremely helpful and kind, which was unexpected as collection agencies usually get a bad rap when it comes to customer service. Every person I've spoken to has been patient and knowledgeable, and they have been able to answer my questions and give me more insight into the status of my account. I want to give a special shoutout to Leah T., who helped me for a full hour the other day and went out of her way to make sure that all the missing documentation was added to my account and was forwarded on to the necessary parties. She took the time to explain the process to me, as well as to discuss the current status of my account and my options moving forward. She was truly one of the most professional and empathetic representatives I have spoken to from any company, in any line of business, ever! She left me feeling reassured about the status of my account, as well as offered to follow up with me in a couple of weeks, to make sure that everything had been taken care of! She was so kind and nonjudgemental, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders by the end of the call. Leah also made setting up a payment plan so much more accessible by explaining things in layman's terms and working with me to come up with a solution that fits my budget. It's so easy to be overwhelmed by all the legal jargon on the paperwork, but after speaking to Leah I feel 100 times more confident that I understand the different options available to me in regards to my account. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I SO appreciate all the time she took helping me! Thank you, Leah!

When I was told I had to work on an account with this company I was not sure what to expect. I spoke with Leah and she was able to help me work out my account to where I still could live for the next 3 months. She was not only courteous but not rude like a lot of people on the phone when you owe them. I know many people don't want to pay but some of us are just able to at the moment. She was definitely a breath of fresh air and I could feel her genuine need to help. Thanks Leah!

Absolute worst experience I’ve EVER had with a debt collector, I’ve never had so much trouble trying to GIVE anyone money! They have been saying that I need to wait for a letter in the mail before I can pay my debt off. I’m in the house buying process and it’s been 3 weeks and still no letter, multiple calls and checks and the issue is still not resolved, I’m not sure if they are trying to train carrier pigeons to save on mailing costs and mine just got lost.

I wish there was a star lower than one. This is the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. You can't contact them, they don't contact you, and they pull very shady proceedings behind peoples backs. My husband and I don't have any constitutional rights when it comes to this firm. I seriously don't know how they get away with what they do but I do know that I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure no one else deals with the issues I have. I'm very disappointed in our judicial system for allowing this company to break the law as much as they have.

My son and I worked with Darron Crockett to clear up a matter from years ago. Darron was very professional. and personable. He took the time to explain exactly what the situation was and to look up information we asked for. While I wish we had figured out what was going on sooner, Darron definitely helped make a tough situation better. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Got paid from work, paid one of my bills and was going to finally have enough for gas for the week and pay my son's daycare. Went to the pump, and said my card was declined. I'm like no way I just got paid. Looked at my bank app, and Rausch Sturm, LLP took everything out of my bank. Now I have no gas to get to work, take my child to daycare, or anything else. That's cool just get fired cause I can't pay my daycare now, so my son will have to stay home. Domino effect will most likely lose everything thanks.

Where do I start? I was so overwhelmed before I called because it’s just been very hard and tough for me for a while. I called and spoke with Alex, let’s just say he’s an angel God sent . He explained everything to me about my file and was very informative. Very courteous and super polite. You don’t get that very often from companies but Alex, he’s a great one. No complaints from me and let’s just say this…I don’t usually give reviews so this should say a lot . You rock Alex. And I don’t want to leave out Joseph Johnson too, I spoke with him briefly about a week ago about a question I had and he was very courteous and polite as well. Thank you both for being kind, it cost $0 to be kind to people and it made my day better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

These are predatory collectors able to coordinate with Chase Bank to confiscate funds from your account. I had over $3500 taken from me over a 10 year-old debt from Dell that was less than $500, and no one wants to share details of how it was done. Dell, Chase, and Rausch Sturm all refuse to answer questions.
