I found myself in debt, and they found me! But I was very pleased with my interaction with Michelle Romero. She was very helpful and compassionate, when I was a nervous wreck after being served papers. I felt much better about my situation and the resolve when I hung up with her.

Joshua Johnson was very easy to work with. He was extremely helpful and very kind while helping me handle an embarrassing situation. Calling in to fix debts is always so stressful, but Joshua made it very easy. I wish more representatives were as helpful and kind as Joshua was with me.
