As bad as bill collectors are, these people are the bottom of the barrel. I have never had to deal with people this unprofessional.

I was helped by Julia B. and she did an amazing job! She was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Julia was a pleasure to work with through my tough situation and was laser focused on getting to an amicable solution.

Received a letter from this company in January 2022 over an account that should have been taken care of already. I tried to contact them via phone, voicemail, and email with no response. Without receiving any other contact, they have frozen my account and taken my college scholarship money. Still no response even though every response on here says an attorney monitors the email. Edit* Nearly a week later and I still have no response from this company. The attorney that is supposedly monitoring the emails is not doing a very good job considering how many of mine have gone unanswered.

They do not check public records prior to filing suit. Received a petition for a deceased father as if he could come back from the dead and respond.

I have no business with these clowns. They call my phone constantly. They have agreed, many times, that I am not the guy they are looking for, but , they continue to call me. Not very bright people when you talk to them.

They seem to not care at all on your financial situation. Not willing to work with you knowing how hard it is right now for certain people financially.

I worked with Toya Pride and was so impressed with her professionalism, friendliness and desire to help. You can tell that she cares about the people she's working with and is dedicated to finding solutions.

I haven't physically been to this business but, I did talk to a representative about an account I had with them. I was able to get a better understanding on the account and options I had available to me.

Leah is THE BEST EVER……honestly if there were more ppl like her in this world it would’nt be such a hateful world…..We all should help one another it’s free to be nice and that she was.Leah is very honest, human kind, very understanding, attentive and Graceful.
