There are no words that I can say about Brett Eckstein that would do him justice... My daughter was just a small case for him but he worked it like it was his largest ever! His response time was second to none and he always explained every detail so not only I understood but my daughter as well. I personally would like to thank you Brett for your hard work and passion for what you do... now my daughter has a small jump ahead on college. Thank you :)

Having never been through a personal injury process, I had no idea what to expect. Throughout this ordeal, Josh Minon did a great job of providing updates and options. Mr. Brett Eckstein, my legal representative, is associated with the firm of Cannon & Dunphy. This was the second firm I retained to address an injury that resulted from an at-fault driver employed by a local school bus contractor. The initial legal representative was a great disappointment. Communication was almost non-existent, they constantly required additional information, the para-legal appeared hostile at times, I never spoke with a licensed attorney, and the case dragged on.
