I hired on Al to represent me in a motor vehicle accident when another motorist ran a stop sign and hit me. I regret hiring on this firm when they never keep you up to speed on the case at hand. So far, it's been one sided where I have to be the one to call them to find out what's going on. I would not recomend this firm to anyone. Extremely unprofessional service. Update Aug 2, 2018. The firm is trying to rectify the difficulties in the past, they have been in constant touch lately. We will see how they handle the property damage and medical Bill's. Will update at a future date on the outcome of services rendered. Update Nov 28, 2018. Well, the case was finally closed on September 18, 2018. In my humble opinion, this case was dragged out for far to long. As the result, my credit took a HUGE hit. The financial company was saying that my payments were delinquent. Well obviously they would be delinquent, because I'm not be paying for a totaled out vehicle. The insurance should have covered that immediately and the lawyer should have dug in and took legal actions much sooner.

Had Bret Eckstien represent me in a personal Injury case due to a car accident. He was professional, honest, always replied to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He walked me through the whole process, thus never an unexpected surprise. In the end , my case settled above the expected amount, so if anything a positive surprise. I can't imagine a better attorney than Patrick Dunphy to handle an injury case. When I tripped over carelessly placed construction materials and broke my elbow I wasn't even sure I needed a lawyer. However, the possibility of long-term complications and permanent damage convinced me that I had to at least make sure I did nothing stupid. Fortunately, I was referred by a friend to Atty. Dunphy who clearly explained my rights and options and made sure that all the necessary work was done to maintain those rights. Throughout the lengthy negotiations to reach a fair settlement, he kept me informed and clearly explained the choices available to me. He and his paralegal were always responsive and thoroughly professional.

Atty Robinson was one of the best people to work with. A straight shooter. He is an individual that take the entire case and put it together so it makes sense to the average guy. This guy knew more about me, come settlement time then I knew about myself. He crosses his T's and dots his I's.

THIS IS THE MOST RACISTS COMPANY FOR ANY PERSON OF COLOR TO GO TO. I HAD AL FOCKELER AS MY LAWYER AND I DIDNT WANT HIM AT THE BEGINNING. I THOUGHT THEY HE WAS ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO JUST TAKE THE INFORMATION DOWN AND JUST GIVE IT TO EITHER BILL OR PAT. EVERY TIME I CALL HIM HE HAD AN EXCUSE AND JUST KEPT LIE TO ME THREW THE WHOLE YEAR. I THOUGHT I WAS GO GET THE ONES ON TELEVISON THAT WAD JUST FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY COULDNT HAD FIGHT FOR JUSTICE FOR MY SON NAME JESUS WHO PASSED FROM THE ACCIDENT. THE TRUCK DRIVER NEVER DENY IT BUT ASTEAD OF CANNON AND DUNPHY HELPING ME THEY ALWAYS HAD AN EXCUSE THAT THE DOCTORS DIDNT WANT TO GET INVOLVED AND THAN AT THE END TRY TO BLAME MY MOM AN EXCUSE BECAUSE SHE WAS SPEAKING FOR ME AND AL ALWAY'S HAD AN EXCUSE BECAUSE THEY THINK THAT I'M YOUNG AND BLACK AND THEY BASCIALLY DIDN'T CARE. THE ONLY REASON THAT THEY CAME OUT IS BECAUSE OF MY MIXED HALF WHITE RELATIVE. HE TOLD MY MOM AT THE BEGINNING THE INSURANCE COMPANY WAS GO CUT OUT HER A CHECK, AND A YEAR LATER WHEN SHE CALLED HIM BACK HE SAID HE DON'T REMEBER SAYING THAT. I DONT HAVE A PROMBLEM WITH THEM BEING RACIST BUT I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM LURING MY CASE ON FOR OVER A YEAR AND STILL DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. ITS RACIST PEOPLE OUT THEIR BUT THEY STILL DO THEY JOB. EVERY OTHER COLOR KNOW IF THE THE TABLES WAS TURN AND A BLACK MALE TRUCK DRIVER KILLED A WHITE PREGNANT WOMEN BABY THAT HE WOULD OF WENT TO JAIL AND NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE THE CITY TO FINISH HIS JOB AND THEY WOULD OF GOT HER JUSTICE. SHOW YOU HOW MUCH RACISM IS STILL ALIVE. IF ANYONE DECIDE TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY STILL DON'T HIRE AL FOCKELER AS YOUR LAWYER BECAUSE HE INEXPERIENCED. P.S ~ MY MOTHER TWO CENT IS THAT AL FOCKLER AND THIS CONPANY IS (X). MY MOTHER TOLD ME THIS WASNT THE RIGHT COMPANY TO GO TO AND THEY PROVE MY MOTHER IS RIGHT.
