Our family hired David to assist with Medicaid issues when my Grandparents fell ill and we learned they had cash values on their life insurance policies. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and never left questions go unanswered. His response time was remarkable on both questions and paperwork. His assistant was also very friendly and helpful. It was a tough time for our family but thanks to David he took a huge burden off of us by handling this piece of the puzzle.

I recently became a client of Sterling when I moved along with my attorney from a previous practice. My standard of care has been maintained. I'm still a little new to the "fixed fee" type of billing, but from the beginning I don't have the fear of getting billed in 15-20 minute increments for sending an email or calling for an update!
