When I first had to find a Lawyer to help me through my divorce process I was very stressed. I’m young and live in a completely different state than the one I was getting divorced in but Jeff Morrell made the process as simple as he could. I thought for sure I would be missing work and have this long and grueling divorce ahead of me. Jeff had my divorce done and over with before I knew it! And I didn’t even have to come back to Wisconsin to make this divorce happen!Jeff worked with me over phone and email and got this divorce finalized very quickly. Thank you so much Jeff for everything you did for me!

I found this firm to be an incredibly good value for my needs. I would recommend this firm, Nina Kelly in particular, to any friends or family that have similar needs.

Ms Kelly was very professional and communicative, I knew her service time with me was limited, and I wanted a specific motion filed. She presented me with many options, some that could have costed me more, but in the end not only did she carry out what I asked, but informed me of additional advantage to said filing. I would retain her services again if the need arises. Thank you, Nina.

I am happy that I chose Katie to represent me! She always made herself available to answer my questions. She kept me informed of everything. She represented me in a timely and effective manner. I highly recommend her! I was also very happy that this firm is not located downtown Chicago.

1 star is too much. Wish there was a 0. I originally started with the Menomonee Falls office for a change of venue case. Request in other county was denied, Atty Holt was verbally reprimanded by Court Commissioner for not attempting to work out a resolution with my ex wife’s attorney. She at least was in contact with me. Case was transferred to the Green Bay office because while waiting over a week for Atty Holt to request De Novo the other party filed more litigation. I was assigned Attorney Werley, he didn’t contact me until 2 days before the court date on the new litigation for about a 10 minute call. My wife was in hospital so he got the date moved. About the only thing this firm accomplished. About the 2 business days later.. I received notification that Attorney Werley was leaving the firm 3 days later. Since I was now almost 7500k in, I decided to stay. Was then assigned Atty Biedermann. She was rude & condescending from the beginning. Also didn’t contact me until the week before we were due in court. I even stated I felt attacked by her, to her. She canceled the De Novo I had been waiting a month for, 4 days before the date, without my permission. When I stated that was a problem as I was prepared to go to trial, she said she thought after she suggested it I agreed to it. I never said I agreed to it. This is all in text & emails. She negotiated make up time for my ex, which I didn’t agree to. The day of court she bullied me and was rude. She refused to even look at the evidence I provided, which discounted all the litigation & even the need for make up time. It appears I hired this firm to work for my ex wife & not myself. Atty Biedermann is highly unprofessional, rude & cares only for herself, not her client. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. It was a bait & switch. I was passed around to 3 separate attorneys in 4 months with no resolution. Atty Biedermann, after I expressed my concerns, decided she would no longer represent me.. on a Holiday weekend Friday. Sending me paperwork to be signed for her removal by noon Tuesday. Monday was a holiday. Still mid litigation as there are unresolved issues being held over. The money I paid to be passed around with no one to actually be a staple in my case, is unacceptable. I paid for services $150 for the initial consult, $1200 the first time & $6000 the next. Prepaid in full. I reached out asking for statement of account on at least 3 separate occasions, emailed a managing partner whom was responsive but said she wasn’t Atty Biedermans Managing partner & forwarded my concerns to someone in office. I did receive a call while at work, but missed it. I called back 2 separate times, still no return call. This was 2 weeks ago. I have a high conflict post divorce & being passed around by the attorneys in this office reflects poorly on me and not them to the Commissioner & anyone looking. Do not use this firm. Edited… I received a call 2 weeks ago after a BBB complaint & a refund dispute from Atty Hannah Smet. After paying $7300 in retainers and consult fees, they thought that $1600 would be an acceptable refund. The majority of the filings they made on my behalf were to change attorneys. Not by any fault or choice of mine. She also said after our conversation I would receive either the refund I was asking for or a call from the CEO whom responded to this complaint on Google, neither happened. Radio silence, it’s like they were hoping I would forget about the poor investment i made in them. I had to reach out a week later 7/7/14 after no communication or funds returned to find out what was happening.. much like how my entire experience has been while they were representing me. Just to get an email that she would like to talk to me, next week… when I was advised this would be resolved with a meeting with the CEO. . Again, their poor representation showed on court records that I was combative and needed to continually change attorneys, when it was all them. I repeat, if you value your needs and money DO NOT hire this firm. It’s a waste of time and money.

Attorney Lea Diaz was great. Her and her team did an amazing job. Answered all my questions, and would always answer my emails on time. Highly recommend her and her team.

Attorney Adams did a great job and obtaining a favorable outcome in my case.
