Requesting Placement of a child is never a easy,but attorney Toby Kinsler helped make the process easier.The process for placement was way more expensive than my divorce.Minus the price ,I understand the process better

My initial consult was very comforting - Kirsten was so friendly and made me feel at ease right from the start. Divorce is a difficult time as it is and then you start talking attorney fees and property division and husband knowledge/concerns and it gets even more over-whelming. She just reminded me to breathe and that they have this, she is with me every step of the way and if for some reason she would need to be away, there is always someone within Sterling to back her up... This was a nice sentiment in February when I first started with the firm. I have since then done three more reviews that don't seem to appear anywhere. There was no back up from Sterling and I am praying that justice will prevail in the end. Ms. Navarrette regarding my case was more interested in obtaining the most fees than the best settlement for me. She had communications with the opposing counsel that was kept from me, she would not communicate updates on my case, what should have been done by June 1, 2018 wasn't even started with regard to discussion of a settlement offer. Document requests went on for months instead of using the discovery process. When I finally requested copies of all the communications between her and the opposing counsel I was let go and now I'm working to find justice.

I had a great experience with Sterling Law. Toby did a great job. He made himself available by phone and email, he answered my questions, and he’s super easy to talk to. I was able to get what I wanted in my divorce. All the people I had contact with at Sterling Law were really nice and helpful, they sent all he necessary paperwork, and called to make sure I understood everything, and answered any questions I had. They would also do follow up calls to make sure they had helped me with everything, and if I had any more questions. I’m really glad I got in contact with Sterling Law, and Toby.

Rachel Mielke was wonderful to work with. Her greatest strength is being relational. I questioned, she listened and explained; we shared thoughts and ideas; and she knowledgeably advised. We worked together as a team. She was always prepared, efficient, and available. I liked that she was forthright, yet sensitive to my needs and feelings.
