Mr. Pinix is really a great attorney from the minute he started working on my habeas corpus petition for post conviction related to felony conviction . He is really determined , persistent and very knowledgable ,always returned my calls and communicated through emails until we won the habeas petition. Dan Adams if top of the line. I was accused of charges which were shown to be false. The state decided to play dirty and threatened to add felony to the case if I didn’t give in to their demands and accept a deal with jail time. We accepted their deal and at sentencing Dan fought as though it was closing arguments at a trial and I walked out with probation. No jail time. Dan will fight for his clients and always do what’s in their best interest. I would recommend him for any type of charges you are facing.

I was falsely accused of a crime. Initially the court appointed my case to a Public Defender. For months, this Public Defender dodged my requests for an office visit. Finally after 4 months of endless court dates and sleepless nights, the Public Defender called me to advise me that I should accept a deal for 2 years probation and thousands in court fees. Mathew called to get more information from me to see if my case would fit his firm and it did not. My family went through a lot, there is many government players. We have absolute evidence to sue 3 individuals. It is hands down, they are guilty of framing an innocent man, have a 911 audio that totally gives them up. I was hoping Mathew would had sued these 3 for me, there was plenty of wealth that the suit would have paid back. After the simple law suit of these 3 or 4 men, we would had exposed evidence or not enough evidence in addition to the admission of my district attorney friend to realize the validity of a government malfeasance law suit. I am sure we would easily be able to extract the admissions from these 3 or 4 men negotiating there liability. Yes there would not even be a court date, the evidence is so strong, so positive they could not defend themselves. I wish Mathew would reconsider.

Were do I begin to even express what Matthew S. Pinix and his team has done for my family and I. During the most trying times of our lives we came to his office to hire him for an appeal. I can truthfully say without a doubt that Matthew Pinix has been a blessing for myself and my family.
