When Matthew was assigned my brothers case for appeal we were a family without much hope. I think it was some sort of divine intervention that brought Matthew to us. To say he was excellent throughout the appeals process would be a gross under statement. His knowledge of the appeals process is 2nd to none. He was always available to us to explain what was going on and always returned my calls in a timely fashion.
