Sean, I truly feel is the best.My case was very nasty and complicated with many different variables.Sean did his best to get a reasonable defense and I could be happier with his approach. Sean is a excellent communicator. Both with me and the opposite side. He can have a aggressive and have a chill approach to thing depending on what the circumstances call for. I really like this about him, because I know he can get dirty if the case needs that. This was such a nasty case. The other side acted unprofessional and a total lack of respect to Sean and I with communication. It was frustrating to deal with but Attorney O'neill handle this like pro. Attorney O'Neal's preparation for the case was excellent, he gather as much information as possible with a motion to release. Their really was any surprises when the actual court case came. Lastly Sean is so good at make things as cost-effective as possible and using trust wisely.There wasn't any unnecessary cost like my last attorney

My experience….. Called and scheduled for consultation. Wait 2 weeks. Morning of consultation. Canceled (Sean Sick) Melissa gives excuse and rescheduled for next day. I work 3rd shift and currently getting over Covid with a negative test 6-16-22 so I’m out of work @5 sleepy and drained from night before ,but compose myself to stay up! For 7am rescheduled appointment with Sean. Out the gate he makes some lame excuse and says! Thanks!! For rolling with the punches. Rushing through the 15 minutes and what stuck out is he ask me does my son even want to be with me smh was very insensitive to the complexities of my case nor did he even tell me what? I had an extremely difficult case, which Dan did not hesitate to take. My case involved very strict restrictions placed against me which made it very difficult for me to see and spend time with my daughter. I've never been in trouble by the law, never even had a speeding ticket; in fact, I hold a Top Secret Clearance from the Department Of Defense. At the time, I served in the Army in a Special Operations Unit. For five years my ex-wife had these restrictions set against me and in those five years I was only able to see my daughter six times. When I separated from the Army, I decided to hire Dan to reopen my case so that I could have a normal life with my daughter. Dan was very honest, educated me on the process we would be going through and prepared me for what I thought were going to be long, stressful, multiple court hearings. Dan was absolutely amazing in court! Believe me when I say HE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU! Dan was able to to get all of the restrictions placed against me dropped, we were granted everything we asked for and he did it all in one court hearing. Dan is absolutely by far the best attorney who really goes above and beyond for his client, specially his veterans!

My experience with O'Neill Law Firm was first-rate. Sean handled a case for my wife and I which required a lot of detail-oriented work and a trip to Madison to attend the hearing. Not only did we recoup our contested monies - but Sean was awarded his full fee by the judge - paid by the other party. A lesson to be learned is hire a decent attorney such as Sean...do not try to represent yourself or the judge will tear you apart.
