Domenic Maciariello handled a workers' compensation claim for me. He had hands on knowledge regarding my case at all times. I was always able to reach him in the office or on his cell phone and he always returned my calls in a timely manner whether it was after hours or on weekends. He always had time to talk with me about my concerns and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He is courteous, very reliable and professional. Mr Abarr, had taken over my case. and it was not an easy one! The day when we interviewed each other I prayed he would take my case, I had other lawyers but he was the one but when I met the office staff I knew it was a package deal and I was so please when he said he would take the case, It took some time to get the job done but Mr Abarr and the staff got the job done with a 1005 disability, Mr Abarr fought for me every step of the way and I thank him so much! Being placed on worker compensation for an injury/illness that I contracted on the job was devasting. I worked with my doctors and employer to get back to work in the best capacity that I was able to. When the injury/illness kept coming back and my job was being threatened I was referred to Attorney Gray by another attorney to protect myself. I knew very little about workers compensation laws and what my rights were as an injured employer. My family and I have known and used Mr Todd Eder’s services for over 25 years. When I got hurt and started all the paperwork for a claim, I thought it would never end. I had heard it might take years to get a settlement. This law firm has been wonderful for me. I have used this law firm for my Workman Comp injuries, for my disability claim with social security, and when someone hit me in a head on collision. Everyone in that office is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Before settling, I had been hesitant to settle because something that would have cost me quite a it of money, Ernie assured me that it would be taken care of. When you don't know what your rights are, when you don't know what the laws say -it leaves you feeling powerless. Having an attorney's help gives you back that power. But finding one that's going to help is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I found a list of attorneys on a Google search and Mr Steven Harowitz was one of them. He answered the phone and I told him I had a few questions, could he help or direct me. I was expecting him to tell me that he thought I was someone else calling and that he didn't have any time. Instead, he was super kind and he answered my questions, specifically. His answers were well thought out. They made sense and they were helpful. Had I not called, I would have been ignorant of what my rights are and I wouldn't have known that what was bothering me happens to other people, regularly. Mr Harowitz even said to call back if I needed him again, which felt too good to be true. I called back and he was good for it.
He is an unexpected, pleasant surprise and I'm so glad that I found him. He's helpful and he's friendly.
