My husband and I were involved in a three car pileup back in September 2017. As strange as it sounds, that was the best thing that could have happened to us. My husband and I both had severe back pain and damage to our car from the accident. Neither of us were sure what to do so we hired Drue Solomon. My wife and I were Rear-ended and were drowning in what we should do. We called up Drue Solomon for advice. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and offered his services. Have you ever been hurt? The kind of hurt where you can't walk or care for your family properly?... Well I have. And let me tell you it is scary. And it's even more scary when the reason you were hurt is because someone was negligent. What do you do? Knowing life would never be the same... lingering pain, physical limitations... and what's worse is that it could happen to someone else at any moment. That's how I felt. I walked in to Mr. Musmanno's office not knowing what to expect. I had never met with an attorney for anything and I was scared. By the end of that first meeting I knew everything would be ok. Chris (as he told me to call him instead of Mr. Musmanno) explained everything in plain language. He walked me through all the steps of the legal process. After trying to deal with the work comp company on my own, I was referred to Jennifer and I am grateful that I called her. She took control of the situation and got things moving forward. She did an excellent job and even though the situation was tense at times, we were still able to have a good time working through all of the issues. I feel so fortunate to have had Judson Pierce represent me in my workman's compensation claim with the City of Boston. Judson for our initial meeting was kind enough to come to my house and explained to me in clear understandable language what my options were in making a claim. I was injured while at work and was out of work for over one year. Judson worked with the City of Boston lawyers, my doctors and other people involved with the case for over one and half years. He was always accessible, either through email or telephone calls. I always felt invited and that my case was his most important at the time. The law office staff were always clear and would provide messages to Judson for me. A few years ago, I was hit by a drunk driver in the course of my work. I had major damage to my ankle (and other parts of my body). Because this was both a personal injury case and work comp, it was not pretty! I was referred to an attorney, only to be dropped by that attorney because his partner represented the at fault insurance company. Frustrated and without counsel, I searched for someone to help. Being dropped by another attorney made it very difficult to find another. I reached out to a college friend who is an attorney here in Las Vegas. She specializes in work comp, but could not help me as she was about to go on medical leave. She recommended her friend - Adam Muslusky. For 2 years, Adam represented me ... more than represented me, he became my friend through this painful process. My employer treated me horribly ... the work comp insurance company faught everything. Adam was able to get me bi-weekly checks from work comp to cover my expenses. He was always available to me - even after hours if I had a question. Surgeries and lots of physical therapy later, it was time to settle. Adam fought hard on my behalf. Nothing makes up for all of the pain and suffering I truly went through, but I can confidently say Adam Muslusky and his staff were by my side the entire time. I found the Springer Law Firm on line and called them up. I was able to have questions resolved over the phone.
After meeting with Mr Springer I was told of my options and was not pressured into anything. The consultation was free even though I didn't file.
I had checked out other firms and was surprised to find out how much they charged. I even asked him how much it would be before I chose to not file. He had told my the price and I was surprised at how much less it would have been to go through him.
I highly recommend this firm! They are the most affordable, with the highest quality of work (at least what I experienced). They were always responsive and proved to be knowledgeable. I hate to think how much I could have paid if I was convinced to file with another law firm. It's nice to know there are people out there that don't try to take advantage of you.

I was denied for Social Security Disability. I hired a lawyer (not Jack) to appeal this decision. Unfortunately that lawyer did not file the appeal within the timeframe required. So I was denied again. Through a recommendation I met and hired Jack to continue the appeal process which was extremely difficult at this point. Jack was extremely persistent. He was very patient with me. He is very knowledgeable about the process needed to file and appeal Social Security Disability claims. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone going through this difficult process. My claim was approved and I am very thankful for Jack and the wonderful job he did. He is the best. Mr. White is very knowledgeable,compassionate and goes above and beyond to help his clients. After being an RN for 28 years ,I had a neck injury at work that required a 2 level cervical fusion. I lost my job the week before surgery because I had run out of FMLA. Dealing with an injury and then the unbelievable bureaucracy of the OWCP is daunting. After a quick check of reviews I picked Andrew Douglas without much thought. How fortunate was I that I did.
I paid a retainer and he filed my paperwork in a timely manner. He never seemed rushed and took his time hearing my case and preparing my case.
OWCP denied it time and again, seemingly without even looking at it.
Months and months went by and he still continued to contact me, worked with me on monthly payments when I was destitute and couldn't work.
I was ready to give up and he offered to file a shot in the dark appeal.
Over a year later they responded and granted it.
I'm still battling with OWCP over medical, but it's a lot easier now that I have the compensation I deserved.
His empathy towards me and tenaciousness with OWCP gave me the will to keep going with the case, and honestly helped to keep me from drowning in the depression of the physical, mental and financial ruin I was in.
I hate that I'm writing this after the case was resolved, as it was my intention to do it long before. I would have left the exact same review of his services even if OWCP had denied the appeal.
My experience is that OWCP cares nothing for us federal workers, but I have felt from day one that Andrew Douglas does.
