I contacted William for an injury to my hand. He explained everything and made feel at ease in an uncertain time. Beyond that he also explained that my particular injury was obvious and really didn’t require anything more than having the proper paper work filed. I consulted Mr. Kistner for information on my workers comp carpal tunnel. He understood my situation and advised me on the law. Before I even finished explaining my situation he knew what was going on with my claim and what was going to happen next. He explained that I could likely handle my situation without hiring him, but that he would be happy to help in the future if I ran into trouble. I was involved in a rear end collision and did not know where to turn, until I found Jonathon's business card. From day one, he was attentive to every detail and aspect of my case. I have used Zachary Rubinich in defense of my company's WC claims for 10 years now. I've known Eric for many years. He took care of me when I went out on work men's comp. I was lucky to have found him when I did, because I was being forced back to work when I could barely get around. Being a preschool teacher you need to be quick on your toes. Mr.Corbett was my attorney during a difficult time. He did a wonderful job. He kept fighting for me through a very long & difficult process. After he herd my case he had seen that the charges i was charged with was totally off the wall, my case was continued he had time to review the evidence and seen that everything was set stright. I really can't express how our family appreciates Randall Crossing, but I will try. Randall Crossing is an excellent lawyer. My husband was falsely accused of assault. Mr. Crossing took our case and immediately started working. He went to the supposed "scene", took photos, interviewed witnesses and did his research. Our case drug on due to COVID restrictions - no jury trials. But finally we had our day in court and my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all counts! He knows what he is doing. I've dealt with a lot of attorneys and Bennett is one of the few that was able to review my case with an open mind. He was able to give me realistic expectations and was empathetic to the "employee" in a worker's comp claim. Unfortunately it appears that I missed the filing deadline to move forward with my claim. However, I wish the hearings office would have let me know that before they even scheduled the hearing. Even after all that, Bennett was kind in breaking the bad news to me and I would call him back in a nanosecond if I ever find myself in another work comp situation and refer anyone who would listen to him and his firm! I can not say enough good things about these two wonderful women, Krista and Kamie. They were my rays of sunshine during a very dark time when divorcing my unfaithful partner of 20+ years.
